About
Fatma DIOUF,
A committed, dynamic young woman passionate about community development, I possess solid experience in the non-profit and social sectors. For several years, I have been actively involved in initiatives supporting youth, human rights, and local development. My background includes significant roles— such as serving on the Kaolack Municipal Youth Council and chairing the ASBEP sports and cultural committee—as well as participation in major projects like Xeyu Ndaw Yi and JOFA, which focus on professional integration and child protection. Holding a degree in Transport and Logistics from ISEG, I have also undergone training in various technical and professional fields, including cash management, graphic design, and road maintenance. My civic engagement is further demonstrated through my
participation in youth committees and local associations.
