OUR ECOSYSTEM
More Than a Project — An Ecosystem Transformation
SENEGEL does not propose yet another training program or a simple credit line. It is a collective-impact ecosystem designed to catalyze lasting systemic change. We move from a logic of “stopgap solutions” to a collaborative dynamic where each actor strengthens the other to create value greater than the sum of its parts.

Our Values
These values drive how the ecosystem operates.
Téranga
Radical inclusion
More than hospitality, it is a commitment to inclusion. Within the SENEGEL ecosystem, Téranga means welcoming disruptive ideas and creating spaces where marginalized youth and rural actors have an equal voice to decision-makers in Dakar.
Ubuntu
Collective success and interdependence
“I am because we are.” This Pan-African philosophy asserts that the success of a young entrepreneur, the performance of a training center, or the effectiveness of a public policy are inseparable. SENEGEL’s success is collective or it does not exist.
Masla
Consensus without paralysis
The art of diplomacy and patient mediation. Masla allows us to align sometimes divergent interests of government, multinationals, SMEs, and civil society toward a shared agenda without paralyzing action through bureaucracy.
Each actor strengthens the other.
