His background includes managing multimillion-dollar budgets, financial analysis and reporting, and strengthening financial controls. He has built partnerships with government agencies, private-sector organizations, and multilateral institutions, while leading digital transformation and data monetization initiatives. He works in English, French, and Wolof and has advanced proficiency in enterprise financial systems and analytical tools.
