About
Mingué Ndiaye is an agro-food trainer and a professional deeply engaged in community development and civic life. Originally from Thiès, she is a young leader committed to civic engagement. She currently works as an Environment and Living Framework Officer at the Ministry of Urban Planning, Local Authorities, and Territorial Development. She is also Coordinator of the Senegalese Leadership and Entrepreneurship Club (CLES), focal point for BudgIT Senegal in Thiès, and a trainer in leadership and personal development. She also has technical training in refrigeration, air conditioning, and networking. Within SENEGEL, she establishes and maintains relationships with public institutions, NGOs, and companies, identifies collaboration opportunities, contributes to partnership proposals and applications, and facilitates partnership agreements. She supports the follow-up of prospects, partners, and donors.
