About
Deguene Sene, Social Worker and Preschool Educator Holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Economic and Social Administration from Cheikh Hamidou Kane University Social Activities Coordinator and Facility Manager at a care center As a committed and diligent individual, I have participated in numerous social initiatives, such as campaigns against tuberculosis and irregular migration in our area—specifically the Langue de Barbarie district and surrounding neighborhoods.
I also serve as a community outreach worker and have participated in various activities organized by NGOs like PLAN and INDA focused on combating infectious diseases. Through our association, I organize workshops on women’s empowerment and civic engagement for women.

Areas of Focus
Community Health & Disease Prevention
Serves as a community relay for NGO PLAN and INDA, and has taken part in tuberculosis and infectious disease control campaigns.
Migration Awareness
Engaged in irregular migration awareness efforts across the Langue de Barbarie zone and surrounding neighborhoods.
Women's Empowerment & Civic Engagement
Organizes workshops within her association on women’s empowerment and female citizenship.
