About
As a professional dedicated to community development and project management, I currently serve as the Nutrition Project Manager for Caritas Diocésaine de Thiès. In this role, I lead initiatives aimed at improving the health of vulnerable populations by implementing innovative strategies and coordinating concrete actions in the field.
As the founder of Nutridietsen, I am committed to promoting nutritional health in Senegal, combining nutrition education and deficiency prevention with the promotion of healthy dietary practices. This initiative reflects my dedication to improving the living conditions of local communities.
Alongside this, I serve as a facilitator for public speaking and office software skills at the Club de Leadership et de l’Entrepreneuriat du Sénégal (CLES). In this capacity, I support young people and aspiring leaders in developing their communication skills, digital proficiency, and self-confidence. Academically, I am currently pursuing a dual master’s degree program: one in Sociology at the Université Numérique Cheikh Amidou Kane (UNCHK)—deepening my understanding of social dynamics—and the other in Project Management at the Institut Supérieur de Management (ISM) in Thiès, strengthening my skills in the planning, coordination, and evaluation of high-impact initiatives. Guided by values of solidarity, faith, and professionalism, I embody a leadership style dedicated to the common good, with a mission to actively contribute to social transformation and the sustainable development of my community.
"Good ideas only matter if they reach people — that's why I focus on turning training and projects into real, lasting impact."
