About
Yandè Mayé DIOUF is a trained mechanic, facilitator, and community educator active within Senegal’s educational communities. I am deeply committed to social causes, particularly child protection and advocating for the abandonment of female genital mutilation (FGM/C). In this capacity, I serve as President of the Kaolack chapter of the Youth Network for Promoting the Abandonment of FGM/C, and as President of the Gender and Child Protection Commission for the ASBEP association. Through these roles, I lead awareness-raising, training, and support initiatives for young people and communities, using an approach centered on education and respect for human rights. Driven by a profound desire for social transformation, I am currently training to become an educator and personal
development coach, aiming to continue inspiring, training, and guiding young people toward a more just, equitable, and conscious society.

Areas of Focus
Child Protection & Girls' Rights
Leads advocacy against FGM/C as President of the Kaolack Youth Network chapter and chairs ASBEP’s Gender and Child Protection Commission.
Community Facilitation & Training
Runs awareness sessions, training, and mentorship for youth and communities across Kaolack, centered on education and human rights.
Personal Development Coaching
Currently training to become an educator and personal-development coach, guiding young people toward social transformation.
